Organically Grown Wild Lettuce (Lactuca virosa), 80 Proof Grain Alcohol

Suggested Use

Shake well before use. Start with a 1/2 dropper, hold tincture under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. Take when you are in bed. Effects can be  noticed within a few minutes. Assess your individual response, increase dose of desired.
